Websites + Local Marketing for Contractors

Contractor marketing that runs while you work.

You are on jobs all day. We build your website and keep it, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your missed calls working every month, for one flat price with no contract.

  • A website with your services, your towns and your latest jobs
  • Google Business Profile posts that keep you active on Maps
  • A review request after every completed job
  • Missed calls texted back while you are on a job

One plan. $649 a month. No contract.

Built for your trade

Built for the trades that keep homes running.

Pick your trade. See what the system looks like for a business like yours.

A better way for contractors

The last website you paid for was finished the day it launched.

A designer built it. It looked good in the demo. Then the invoice got paid and the project was over.

  • The homepage still shows the crew photo from four years ago.
  • Half the services you offer now aren’t on it.
  • It doesn’t say which towns you work in, so Google doesn’t know either.
  • There’s no way to get a review request out after a job.
  • You have a login somewhere. You’ve never used it.

None of that is your fault. The website was sold to you as a project. For a contractor, it has to be a system that somebody keeps running. That somebody is us.

Where the money goes

Four ways contractors pay for marketing, and what you keep from each.

Most contractors have tried at least two of these. The difference that matters is what is still working for you the month you stop paying.

Lead sites

Angi, Thumbtack and HomeAdvisor charge you for each lead, and that homeowner is usually getting quotes from other companies at the same time.

Ads on their own

Google Ads and Local Services Ads put you at the top of the page quickly. You pay for every click or call, and they do best when the site and profile behind them look current.

A one-time website

You pay once and it looks good at launch. Then nobody updates it, the photos age, and it slowly stops showing up in the searches that bring in work.

Our approach

We design from how homeowners hire.

Every design decision is based on real buyer behavior, local search intent and the trust signals homeowners look for. It's not about what looks good in a mockup, it's about what brings you more of the right calls.

Service pages that match local search intent

We build pages for the services and towns people actually search, using the same language they do.

Click-to-call placement that converts

Your phone number is always in the right place, especially on mobile, so homeowners can reach you fast.

Real work photos that build trust

We showcase your finished jobs, your crew and your process, because real photos outperform stock every time.

Homeowner
  • Built to get found

A page for each service and each town you serve, written the way people search. Your Google Business Profile set up to match.

  • Built to get the call

Click to call in the header. A short quote form on every page. Missed calls get an automatic text back so the lead doesn't go cold.

  • Built from your real work

Your finished jobs, your reviews and your crew. Not stock photos of a guy in a hard hat nobody has ever met.

What contractor marketing looks like when somebody runs it every month.

Your website shows the work you did this month

Text us photos from the job. We put them on the site.

We also update your services, your seasonal offers and the towns you cover, with up to an hour of changes every month. You never have to log in.

Your Google profile looks like a busy company

Homeowners compare contractors on Google Maps before they open a single website.

We post your recent jobs and current offers to your Google Business Profile every week, so the listing shows a company that is working, not one that went quiet two years ago.

You are one of the names AI gives back

When a homeowner asks ChatGPT who to call for a repair, it names two or three companies.

It picks them from what Google looks at: a clear list of your services and towns, an active Google profile and recent reviews. The plan keeps all three current.

A review request goes out after every job

Most of your customers would leave a review. Nobody asks them at the right time.

When a job is complete, your customer gets a request with a link straight to your Google profile. Your review count keeps growing without you chasing anyone.

Calls you miss on a job get a text back

Urgent jobs go to whoever answers first.

When you cannot pick up, the caller gets a text saying you got the call and will call back, so they have a reason to wait instead of dialing the next company. Website leads get an immediate reply too.

One plan. One monthly price.

What's included.

Here is what the plan covers, so there is no guessing what you are paying for.

  • Your website, built and managed

A site built around your services and your service area, structured so you get found in Google and named in AI search when someone asks who to call.

  • Done-for-you copy

Clear wording that tells homeowners what you do and why to call you.

  • Local SEO setup

We set up your Google Business Profile so you actually show up in the towns you work in.

  • Monthly updates and Google posts

Up to one hour of site changes a month, plus posts on your Google Business Profile.

  • Missed-call text back

Automatic text-backs to missed calls, so no call or lead goes cold.

  • 5-star review system

Review requests go out after each completed job, so your reviews and your reputation grow every month.

One Simple Monthly Plan

Managed Website & Local Growth System

Built for local service businesses that want their website and online presence taken care of without hiring another employee or managing another agency.

No wondering who updates the website. No trying to remember when you last posted to Google. No forgetting to ask happy customers for reviews.

We manage the system. You run the business.

For reference: a marketing agency and a part-time receptionist would run you close to $5,000 a month together. This is $649.

One call. We confirm fit, answer your questions, and give you a straight yes or no.

What the first 30 days look like

You'll see it working inside 30 days.

Four phases. One 20-minute call to start, then we take it from there. On day 30 you get a before and after of your rank, your reviews and your calls.

01 Day 1

Foundation

A 20-minute call. You talk, we take notes and write everything. Logins handed over. Google Business Profile claimed. We screenshot where you rank today so you can watch it move.

02 Days 3 to 7

Live

Landing page live with click to call, hours, services and service area. Your Google Business Profile gets optimized: services, hours, service area and photos.

03 Days 7 to 14

Full site live. That is what unlocks carrier registration for business texting, so we file it as soon as the site launches and missed-call text-back switches on once it clears. Email review requests to your past customers go out from here too.

04 Day 30

Growing

Before and after: map rank, review count, calls logged. From here it's one text a month with a few job photos. We turn them into a gallery and a Google post.

Our location

Rooted in Dallas–Fort Worth. Working with service businesses nationwide.

CL Creative is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Many of our clients are within an hour of us, between Dallas and Fort Worth, but we also work with service businesses throughout the United States.

You're not submitting tickets to a faceless website company. You're working directly with someone who knows your business, built your website, and is still here after it launches.

Not a contractor? We also build and manage marketing for remodelers, restoration companies and other home improvement companies.

Before you say yes

Contractor marketing questions, answered.

Our plan is $649 a month, month to month. That covers your website, your Google Business Profile, review requests and missed-call text-back, all kept current every month.

There is no ad budget inside that price, because the plan does not run ads. If you hire an agency to run ads, you pay its fee plus whatever you spend with Google.

It does a different job. A lead site sells you a homeowner who is usually getting quotes from other companies at the same time, and the leads stop when you stop paying.

This plan keeps up the website, Google profile and reviews that bring calls straight to you. Some contractors keep a lead site running while that builds, then cut back.

Ads bring in calls for as long as you pay for them. They also do better when the website and Google profile they send people to look current, and keeping those current is what this plan does.

The plan does not run ads for you. If you already run them, nothing here gets in the way.

We have pages written for roofing, HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors, and we also work with foundation, fencing and spray foam companies.

The plan is the same for every trade. The services, photos and towns on your site are what change.

Usually yes, and if you like the one you have we can rebuild it to look very much like it.

The sites we build load fast, can be changed in minutes instead of hours, and leave room for SEO later. That is what makes keeping your site current every month realistic.

If what you have is genuinely solid, we can manage it as it is. Most people take the rebuild. Either way the site is yours and the domain stays in your name.

After your website is live. Carrier registration for business texting has to point at a real site, so we file it the moment yours launches and text-back switches on once it clears.

Your Google Business Profile does not wait on any of that. It is claimed and optimized in the first week, which is the part that moves fastest.

Keep Your Phone Ringing While You Work

Tell us about your trade and the towns you work in. We will show you what the plan looks like for your business, and you can decide from there.
