Dynamic Home Repair | M2M Messaging + Webflow Rebuild
How Dynamic Home Repair Went from a Webflow Site Their Team Was Afraid to Touch to a Component-First Build They Can Confidently Own
Introduction
Dynamic Home Repair (DHR) is a warranty administration company in the manufactured housing industry, providing lifetime warranties that dealers offer to home buyers and handling the full administration of those warranties—including claims processing.
They support a network of roughly 100 independent dealers across the country, and after an abrupt end to a long-standing marketing partnership, they needed a partner who could rebuild their website end-to-end and set their marketing team up to own it.
Home services companies run into this constantly, and it's a lot of what we handle in Fort Worth.
Challenge
But DHR was stuck with a website that didn't match how they worked. When their previous marketing partner gave just 30 days notice, a software development partner stepped in to build a quick v1 in Webflow to avoid downtime—but that site was never built for a marketing team to own.
Updates that should have been simple—swapping testimonials, videos, text, and graphics—weren't simple at all. Webflow had been sold to them as easy to update, but the reality was the opposite. Their team was afraid to touch the site, and that fear was starting to limit what they could do with their marketing.
They came into our first conversation a little skeptical of Webflow itself. What they actually needed was a partner who could tighten up the messaging, make the site sound like them, match the caliber of company they've become, and develop it in a way that would make updates intuitive instead of intimidating.
Key Deliverables & Results
Took DHR through the full CL Creative process—M2M Framework, copywriting, design, development, and handoff—to deliver a Webflow site their team can confidently own.
The foundation was messaging. Using the M2M (Market-to-Message) Framework, we worked through DHR's ideal customer profile and sharpened how they talk about warranty administration, their dealer relationships, and the experience they deliver to homeowners. Multiple times throughout the project, DHR told me the copy "matched their marketing voice" and "sounded like them"—which is exactly what M2M is built to produce.
From there, design followed voice and development followed design. I rebuilt the site in Webflow using a component-first approach with the Lumos framework—the same approach I use on every build. That choice is why their experience of Webflow flipped: where the previous site felt fragile and intimidating, the new one is modular, predictable, and safe for their team to edit.
After handoff, DHR said it was "way easier and way more intuitive" and that they weren't afraid to touch it anymore. Their words: "I guess it really does matter who develops the site."
DHR now has a Webflow site that sounds like them, looks like the company they've become, and is intuitive enough that their marketing team isn't afraid to update it.
