Introduction

Lone Star Roofing and General Contractors is a fully insured roofing company in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, specializing in high-end custom homes.

They handle everything from free roof inspections and storm restoration to full replacements, commercial roofing, and insurance claim management. And for every roofing project they complete, they donate to a non-profit of the homeowner's choice.

But as a newly established company, they had no online presence at all.

New contractors in a crowded market need a website that earns trust fast. It's a lot of what we do in Dallas.

Challenge

But Lone Star Roofing had a problem. Homeowners in DFW have no shortage of roofers to choose from, and most of them start their search on Google.

Without a website, Lone Star didn't show up in those searches. And when a homeowner did hear about them, there was nowhere to check out their services, see who they were, or book an inspection.

For a roofing company, that trust gap matters. Many of their customers are dealing with storm damage and insurance claims, and they want to know the company they call is established, local, and will take care of the whole process.

They needed a website that could make a new company look like the reliable, community-minded business it is, explain their full range of services clearly, and start ranking in Google from day one.

Key Deliverables & Results

Designed and developed Lone Star Roofing's first website in Webflow, with copywriting and SEO built in from the start, in four weeks.

The project started with market research into how roofing companies position themselves across Dallas–Fort Worth, so we could find where Lone Star stood apart: the customer service, the quality workmanship, and the way they give back to the community.

From there, we wrote the copy for every page in their voice and optimized it for the searches homeowners actually make. The design followed, built in Figma with earthy, organic colors that feel warm and welcoming. Working in Figma meant Lone Star's team could leave feedback in real time, so the final design reflected their vision without endless rounds of revisions.

The site was then developed in Webflow: responsive on every screen size, fast to load, and running on Webflow's CMS so the team can update content themselves. Every page leads to one clear next step, scheduling a free inspection.

The site launched two days ahead of the deadline. In the words of owner Mario Martinez: "Knowledgeable, fast responding, understandable, and met the deadline two days early."
