Introduction

Potential Church is a multi-site church reaching people across its Cooper City campus and a growing online congregation, with a full slate of ministries—from Potential Music and SHE to Temple Centurion, youth, and leadership development.

As their digital presence grew, so did everything they were asking their website to do—and the platform it lived on was getting in the way.

Challenge

But Potential Church was stuck on a WordPress site that had become difficult to manage. The platform wasn't easy for their team to work in, which made even routine updates harder than they should have been—a real problem for a church that constantly publishes new sermons, events, and ministry content.

They needed a website built on a platform their team could actually own. One that was easy to update week to week, organized around the way their ministries and locations are structured, and flexible enough to support giving, prayer, sermons, and events without a developer in the loop for every change.

Key Deliverables

Migrated Potential Church from WordPress to Webflow with a complete, ground-up rebuild, recreating their entire site—every ministry, location, and resource—on a platform their team can confidently maintain.

The goal wasn't just to move platforms—it was to make the site genuinely easy to run. That meant a clean, organized page structure across two dozen-plus pages, dedicated location pages for the Cooper City campus and the Online congregation, and distinct spaces for the ministries that make Potential who they are: Potential Music, SHE, Temple Centurion, leadership development, youth camp, and seasonal pages like Easter and Christmas.

It also meant wiring up the tools a modern church depends on—giving and crypto giving modules, a sermon and watch archive, and an upcoming events experience—so the congregation can engage and the staff can keep everything current without touching code.
