We also offer brand strategy / business consulting as a part of our plans. Got a branding question or business idea you need to bounce off a third party? We are here to help you think through it.

Additionally, we'll keep your CMS or e-Commerce store up-to-date. Just send us your assets and text and we will update your products, blog, team page, portfolio, or whatever other content you have in your CMS for you.

How does billing work?

Billing for maintenance plans is done on a monthly recurring basis. All our contracts are month-to-month. You can cancel any time.

Can I cancel my maintenance plan anytime?

Absolutely. We offer flexibility for our clients. If you wish to cancel, just let us know and we will stop the recurring billing. We will continue to maintain your site for the time already paid.

What if I exceed the hours included in my plan for a particular month?

If you surpass the allotted hours, additional hours will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate of 95/hr. We'll always notify you in advance if we anticipate going over to gain your approval.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my maintenance plan?

How do I communicate my update requests?

Can I roll over unused hours to the next month?

Our maintenance plans are structured to provide consistent service each month. Currently, unused hours cannot be rolled over to the subsequent month.

What if I need a major overhaul or redesign? Is that covered?

Our maintenance plans are designed for updates and ongoing maintenance. Larger projects, like redesigns, would be assessed and quoted separately. However, as a plan member, you'll always get preferential rates.

I have multiple websites. Can they all be covered under one plan?
