What exactly does each plan include?
All plans include content updates, design work, development, CMS management, and priority support. Higher tiers include more capacity, faster response times, and strategic consulting. If you're not sure which tier fits, book a free call and I'll help you figure it out.
How quickly will updates be made?
Response times depend on your plan: 48 hours for Website Care, 24 hours for Growth Support, and same-day for Strategic Partner clients. Most updates are completed within 24-48 hours of acknowledgment.
What if I need more work than my plan covers?
If you surpass the allotted hours, additional hours can be billed separately at our standard non-discounted hourly rate. Or you can choose to purchase another block of time at a discounted rate.
What is the difference between pre-purchased hours and an hourly rate contract?
No problem. Additional work is billed at $150/hr, or you can upgrade your plan if your needs have grown. I'll always let you know before going over so there are no surprises.
Do unused hours roll over?
Plans are scoped by deliverables and priority level, not strict hour counts. You get the support you need each month without tracking every minute. If you consistently need more (or less), we can adjust your tier.
Can I pause or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. If you need to pause, just let me know before your next billing cycle. When you're ready to pick back up, we start fresh.
What if I have a bigger project — like a full redesign?
We can often handle it within your monthly plan. If it's larger (like a multi-page redesign or custom feature build), I'll scope it as a separate project so you're not surprised. You can also apply your monthly plan toward a larger project.
Will you work on a site you didn't build?
Absolutely. I'm happy to support any Webflow site. I'll do a quick audit first to understand the current setup and ensure I can provide the best care.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just access to your Webflow project and a way to communicate — email, text, or Slack all work. From there, you send requests and I handle the rest.
I have multiple websites. Can they all be covered under one plan?
Each maintenance plan is structured for a single website. However, if you have multiple sites, we can offer a custom package tailored to manage all of them. Just reach out, and we'll discuss the specifics!
