I am extremely pleased with how my website and professional pictures turned out! I highly recommend using Casey for all your website needs. Immediately responsive to any questions and it just turned out beautiful!

Audrey is a Licensed Professional Therapist (LPC). She has a practice in Waxahachie, TX. She was starting her practice and needed a website. She also needed headshots and business photos for her website.
We worked together to build her a website that would provide information for her clients, highlight her business offerings, and allow her clients the opportunity to check their insurance before setting an appointment.
We also held a photo session where headshots of her and her business partner along with some colleagues were captured. Photos of her office and therapy room were also included in the photoshoot.
Deliverables
- Clean updated website with a refined color palette suitable for a counseling practice.
- Clearly communicate services, pricing, team members, and therapy philosophy.
- Ability to check insurance information
- Headshots and business pictures.
- Website strategy and written copy.

A photoshoot worth remembering.
Audrey and Tracey needed headshots and pictures of the counseling area. We had a photoshoot to remember. Her colleagues came and joined the party. It was the most fun photoshoot we have done to date.
Design that calms and invites.
The color palette, typography, and imagery were chosen to invoke a sense of calmness and tranquility. Images were also chosen that spoke to current and desired clientele. The site is easily scannable and visitors are able to find the information they need quickly. As well as copy was written to inform and persuade prospective clients.

We'll collaborate on the design and work at it until it's right.
Wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, live design presentation, feedback, and collaboration occurred in Figma before the final designs were developed.
We highlighted their services to increase conversion.
It was important their clients had access to the treatments they provided, as well as the services they offered. She also needed a way for prospective clients to check their insurance. We addressed these issues with a form, grids, and visual hierarchy.

Your team needs their opportunity to shine.
Since there are two therapists in the practice, there was a need to showcase each of the therapists and their areas of practice, as well as their licenses.
